Businesses endure. Capital doesn't.
Three Generations. One Instinct.

About
Bosstonne is a three-generation family enterprise with origins in 1920s Greece. We identify opportunities, develop the thesis behind them, and organize the structure best suited to pursue them.
Our own capital is permanent family capital, held at the Bosstonne level; we do not raise a fund or manage capital for others at the Bosstonne level itself. Operating businesses we build are capitalized directly, and their returns rejoin our capital base for future opportunities. Where an opportunity is better organized as an independently regulated vehicle — one whose function includes managing capital for outside participants — we structure and capitalize it separately, under its own mandate.
We operate internationally from Boston, Athens and Abu Dhabi.

Approach
Permanent Capital
We choose our timing. Our capital isn't governed by external fund cycles, redemption schedules, or a mandate to deploy or return by a fixed date.
Operating Perspective
We approach opportunities as businesses to understand, build and improve — not as financial exposures to hold.
Professional Opportunism
We use the term deliberately, in its original sense: the discipline of perceiving an opportunity and giving it practical shape, not short-term exploitation. It's the core of how we work.
Enduring Relationships
Our most important relationships are built through direct collaboration, over time — not through open solicitation.
Current Focus
Our current activities are concentrated in technology infrastructure, institutional fintech and education systems — chosen for where we see opportunity and can deploy our resources most efficiently. This reflects where we are executing today, not a fixed mandate.
Bosstonne does not maintain open investment solicitation, dealflow, or recruiting processes. Legitimate business and employment inquiries are reviewed selectively through the channels below.
Business Inquiries
Investment opportunities at Bosstonne arise through established operating relationships, not through open solicitation. We do not review unsolicited investment proposals. If you believe you have a legitimate inquiry, you may submit it below. We review selectively and do not guarantee a response.
Employment Inquiries
Bosstonne maintains a small, permanent team, supplemented by long-tenured advisors and partners from our operating businesses. We do not maintain open hiring processes. If you have capabilities directly relevant to technology infrastructure, institutional finance, or education delivery, you may submit an inquiry below. We review employment inquiries selectively and do not provide feedback.
